It’s mad when I think about how before I wasn’t bothered about what people thought or how they took me or judged me. I didn’t really give a s**t. Now though I feel like I’m molly-coddling myself towards my pipe and slippers. Always conscious where I am and of how I put myself across.
Also how I look. Not that I’m vain in any way. I think it’s me getting older and wiser. Or maybe not!
Still keeping with the programme, seems to be getting easier now.
Peace out for now guys

I think it is all part of starting to care about yourself. We scrub up well us lot!
Totally agree with Michaela – I Love feeling good about myself – taking pride in appearance how you project yourself.
It all helps U stay strong. (now where’s my mirror ;o)
Jason, its just you getting older mate…
Deal with it!
Only joking, its just part of the old blinkers coming off and seeing things as they are I suppose. Looking good/feeling good springs to mind.
Great to hear from you and good to see your enjoying it.
