Progress report

I have spent the whole day on-line gathering information and getting phone numbers for prospective funding for my new venture – using the latest and up-to-date technology to help others who are out there get the help they desperately need for alcohol and drug dependency.

The venture is in its very early stages at the moment, but I have already generated a lot of interest. I have been told that it is a unique idea and it should generate a lot of potential clients.

I want it to be a registered charity and I will soon be contacting major oil and shipping companies in Aberdeen for sponsorship or funding. I have also arranged a meeting with my alcohol counsellor in the hope that he will help me get other counsellors, who will be needed to make this venture work, give just a couple of hours a week of their time.

I have also been in touch with several website design companies and I have realised that the type of venture that I am embarking on does not come cheap!

Fingers crossed it will all come together, and many of you will at least make a visit to have a look at what I have achieved.

Keep a look out for my future updates on what progress I have made.

Wish me luck and love to all
Derek xx
